German Chocolate Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. German chocolate cake mix
    1/2 c. evaporated milk
    3/4 c. melted butter
    50 caramels
    1/2 c. evaporated milk
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
Preparation
    In a bowl, mix the cake mix, 1/2 cup evaporated milk and melted butter.
    Pour half of the batter in a greased and floured 9 x 13-inch cake pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 6 minutes.
