Pig Picken Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 white cake mix with pudding in the mix
    1/2 c. cooking oil
    1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix
    1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
    4 eggs
    1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges with juice
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 (9 oz.) carton whipped topping
Preparation
    Combine cake mix, eggs, oil and oranges in a large bowl. Blend on low speed for 2 minutes.
    Grease and flour 2 layer cake pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 33 to 38 minutes.
    Mix pudding mix with 1 1/2 cups milk until thick.
    Drain pineapple, reserving juice.
    Add pineapple and whipped topping to pudding; blend well.
    When cake has cooled, poke holes with a toothpick and pour reserved pineapple juice evenly over layers.
    Frost with the pudding mixture.
    Top cake with pecans, if desired.
