Cheddary Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can Campbell's new broccoli cheese soup
    4 medium potatoes, cooked and sliced (about 3 1/2 c.)
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1 small onion, sliced
    1/3 c. milk
Preparation
    In skillet over medium heat in hot margarine, cook onion until tender.
    Stir in soup, milk and pepper.
    Heat to boiling.
    Add potatoes.
    Reduce heat to low.
    Cover; simmer 5 minutes or until hot and bubbling, stirring occasionally.
    Garnish with sage, if desired.
    Yields 4 servings.
    Recipe may be doubled.
