Strawberry Pie (Frisch'S) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 baked pie shell
    1 pt. strawberries
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    dash of red food coloring
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Measure sugar, cornstarch and salt in saucepan. Add 1 cup water, stirring constantly. Bring to boiling point; boil gently 5 minutes to cook cornstarch. Cool slightly 10 minutes. Color to desired shade of red.
