Pepper Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 flank steak (score the grain)
    1/2 c. oil
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1/2 tsp. Adolph's meat tenderizer
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1 Tbsp. dried onion
    coarse ground pepper
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Put flank steak in Tupperware after grain is scored.
    Put the rest of the ingredients over steak.
    Turn a couple of times. Marinate overnight.
    Broil a few minutes on each side.
