Great Grilled Burgers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 slices bacon
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 Tbsp. catsup
1 Tbsp. horseradish
1 Tbsp. mustard
1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
6 lettuce leaves
6 hamburger buns, split and toasted
Preparation

In a large skillet, cook bacon until crisp.
Drain well, reserving drippings in skillet.
Crumble bacon and set aside. Cook onion in drippings until tender, but not brown.
Remove onion from skillet with slotted spoon and drain well.
In a medium bowl, combine catsup, horseradish, mustard, onion and bacon.
Add beef and mix well.
Shape into six 3/4-inch patties.
Grill to desired doneness.
Serve on lettuce-lined buns.
