Chicken Enchilada Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. chicken tenders
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can chicken broth
1 onion
2 oz. Longhorn Colby cheese
1/2 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
12 oz. bag tortilla chips
Preparation

Boil chicken 15 to 20 minutes.
Season chicken with salt. Saute onion.
Add soups and broth to onion.
Add Ro-Tel tomatoes and chicken to soup mix.
Bring to boil.
