Lavender Surprise - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small carton small curd cottage cheese
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. black cherry Jell-O
    1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
    1 small (8 oz.) Cool Whip
Preparation
    Mix cottage cheese with dry Jell-O.
    Use electric mixer.
    Add pineapple.
    Fold in Cool Whip.
    Chill until firm.
    I use an 8 x 11-inch Pyrex pan for this.
    To serve, cut in squares and put on lettuce.
