Ingredients

1 pkg. Pillsbury sugar cookie dough
8 oz. softened cream cheese
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. orange juice
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
assorted sliced fresh fruit
Preparation

Press dough into a cookie sheet with sides.
Cold dough is easier to work with.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes.
Let cool. Mix cream cheese, 1/2 cup sugar and vanilla.
Spread over cooked crust.
In a saucepan over medium heat, cook, stirring constantly, until thick and bubbly, 1/2 cup sugar, the orange and lemon juice and the cornstarch.
Let cool to lukewarm.
Place a variety of sliced fresh fruit such as kiwi, strawberries, peaches, grapes, etc. over the crust.
Cover with the fruit juice mixture.
Chill at least 4 hours.
