Mexican Cheese Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. Velveeta cheese (regular, mild or hot)
1 lb. ground beef
1 lb. regular, mild or hot sausage
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
Preparation

Brown ground beef and sausage together; drain off fat. Add Velveeta cheese, ground beef, sausage, cream of mushroom soup (do not add water to soup) and Ro-Tel tomatoes to a 6-quart crock-pot. Stir until cheese is melted, then serve with tortilla chips.
