Skillet Cabbage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium green cabbage
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    2 large cloves garlic, minced
    dash of red pepper (cayenne)
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3 green onions, sliced
Preparation
    Cut green cabbage or shred with knife.
    Heat oil in skillet. Add cabbage, garlic and peppers.
    Stir-fry for 2 minutes.
    Then add onions and salt.
    Stir-fry 1 minute.
    Serves 4 to 6.
