Pheasant Deluxe - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. wild rice mix
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 soup can white wine
    1 pkg. dry onion soup
    3 pheasants or chickens, cut into serving pieces
Preparation
    Put rice in large casserole.
    Add soups, wine and dry soup mix; let stand for 2 hours.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Brown pheasant pieces in butter.
    Place on top of baked rice mixture. Return to oven and bake, covered, for 2 hours at 325\u00b0.
    Makes 8 servings.
