Marinated Chuck Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. Burgundy wine or 2/3 c. wine vinegar
    1/3 c. cooking oil
    1 medium onion, finely chopped
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. dried thyme
    1 lb. chuck steak
Preparation
    Combine the first 6 ingredients.
    Pour marinade over the chuck steak.
    Chill overnight, then broil or grill steak.
    Serves 4. Preparation:
    10 minutes.
