Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 potatoes, cubed
    1 onion
    4 c. water
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 stick margarine
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch, mixed with cool water
Preparation
    Boil until done first 4 ingredients.
    Then stir in margarine and thickening.
    If too thick, add milk to thin.
