Cheese 'N Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium potatoes, scrubbed but not peeled
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. grated cheese
    1 can cream of mushroom soup (condensed)
    3/4 c. milk
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    3 Tbsp. margarine
Preparation
    Slice potatoes thinly.
    Layer in greased 2-quart casserole half of potato slices, seasonings, grated cheese and soup.
    Dot with half of margarine; make a second layer of potatoes, seasonings and soup.
    Dot with remaining butter.
    Rinse soup can with milk; pour over top of casserole.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Remove cover.
    Sprinkle on 1/2 cup grated cheese.
    Return to oven until cheese is melted.
