Mock Stuffed Baked Lobster - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. haddock fillets
    40 Ritz crackers, crushed
    1 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/4 tsp. paprika
    1 Tbsp. plus 1/4 lb. butter or margarine, melted
Preparation
    Place 1/4 pound butter in 8 x 8-inch pan.
    Melt butter in pan. Cut haddock fillets into 1-inch pieces into pan.
    In a bowl, crush crackers and add salt, pepper, paprika, grated cheese and a tablespoon of melted butter.
    Toss to mix and cover fish chunks with this mixture.
    Bake for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
