Fruited Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) cans canned chicken
1 c. diced celery
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained
1 (8 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained
1/2 c. slivered almonds, toasted
2 Tbsp. cooking oil
2 Tbsp. orange juice
2 Tbsp. vinegar
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
dash of marjoram
1/2 c. mayonnaise
Preparation

Combine the first 5 ingredients.
Blend oil, orange juice, vinegar and seasonings; add to chicken mixture.
Chill 1 hour. Drain.
Add mayonnaise; mix well.
Makes 6 servings.
