Baked Spinach Dip(Serves 8 To 10) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. chopped jalapenos
    3/4 c. chopped onions
    2 tomatoes, chopped (about 2 c.)
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
    8 oz. cream cheese, softened
    2 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
    1/3 c. half and half
Preparation
    In medium bowl, mix all ingredients together and pour into ovenproof dish.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
    Serve with pita chips, bagel chips or crackers.
