Taco Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pounds hamburger meat
    1 onion
    1 packet taco seasoning
    1 can corn
    1 can pinto beans
    1 can hominy
    1 can kidney beans
    1 can diced tomatoes
    1 can Rotel tomatoes
Preparation
    Fry hamburger and drain add onion and taco seasoning.
    In a big pot add all other ingredients with juice.
    Heat.
    Add the meat, stir and simmer to let flavors blend.
    (I use 2 cans of pinto beans instead of kidney beans, and an extra can of corn instead of hominy.)
    Top with Fritos and shredded cheese.
    Makes a lot but you can freeze.
