Barbecued Brisket - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 5 lb. brisket
    1/3 c. soy sauce
    1/3 c. liquid smoke
    1/2 c. wine vinegar
    onions, salt, pepper and garlic (to season meat)
Preparation
    Season brisket with salt, pepper, garlic and onions.
    Pour marinade over brisket and let stand overnight.
    Cover and bake at 250\u00b0 for 8 hours.
