Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter
    1/4 c. water
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. confectioners xxx sugar
    1/2 c. nonfat dry milk
    1/2 c. cocoa
    1/2 tsp. salt
    pecans (optional)
Preparation
    Combine first 3 ingredients in saucepan on stove.
    Add remaining ingredients slowly.
    Cook until thick.
    Pour into buttered pan.
    Refrigerate until cool before slicing.
