Barbecued Ribs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 country ribs
1 medium onion, cut fine
2 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. vinegar
4 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. water
3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 c. catsup
1 Tbsp. ground mustard
1/2 c. celery or 1 Tbsp. celery salt
1 Tbsp. fat
Preparation
-
Roll spareribs in flour and brown in fat.
Put in baking pan. Melt butter and brown onion.
Add rest of ingredients; bring to a boil.
Pour over ribs.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 2 to 3 hours.
