Sausage Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. medium mushrooms (about 30)
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. Brown 'N Serve sausage, finely chopped
    1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    1/4 c. seasoned bread crumbs
Preparation
    Remove stems from mushrooms; chop stems.
    Set caps and stems aside.
    Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
    In 10-inch skillet, cook chopped sausage until well browned.
    With slotted spoon, remove sausage and drain on paper towel.
    Spoon off all but 2 tablespoons drippings. In hot drippings, cook mushroom stems until tender.
    Remove from heat, stir in sausage, cheese and bread crumbs.
    Fill mushroom caps with sausage mixture and place in 15 x 10-inch jelly roll pan. Bake 15 minutes.
    Serve hot.
    Makes 2 1/2 dozen.
