Cheesy Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. frozen hash brown potatoes
    1/2 c. melted butter or margarine
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    2 c. sour cream
    1 c. milk (mix with the soup)
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Thaw potatoes.
    Combine them with rest of ingredients.
    Use a 3-quart casserole or long flat dish.
    Bake 50 to 60 minutes.
    Yields 10 to 12 servings.
