Broccoli Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 bunches fresh broccoli, cut
    1 head garlic, put through press
    1/2 c. corn oil (more if needed)
    2 Tbsp. instant chicken bouillon or to taste
    1 stick margarine
    black pepper
    grated Romano cheese to taste
    1 lb. Rotelle (#124)
Preparation
    Steam broccoli until tender.
    Saute pressed garlic in corn oil (on medium heat, do not brown garlic).
    Add 1 stick margarine and broccoli to this mixture.
    Sprinkle with bouillon and black pepper.
    Simmer broccoli while pasta is cooking.
