Guava Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (5 lb.) box chicken thighs
    1 (6 oz.) can frozen concentrated guava
    1/2 c. catsup
    1/2 c. shoyu
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 c. oyster sauce
    salt to taste
    1/4 to 1/2 tsp. Chinese 5 spice
    2 cloves garlic
Preparation
    Cut chicken thighs in half.
    Cut slits in meat.
    Marinate in sauce overnight, turning occasionally.
    Cook over charcoal or in oven at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
