Whole Wheat Honey Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. yeast
1 c. flour
2 c. whole wheat flour
2 c. milk
1/2 c. honey
3 Tbsp. shortening
2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Combine yeast, flour and whole wheat flour in bowl.
Combine milk, honey, shortening and salt.
Heat to lukewarm and stir to dissolve.
Add to dry ingredients and mix on low 1/2 minute and high for 3 minutes.
Stir in an additional 2 1/2 cups flour and knead 8 to 10 minutes.
Let rise until double in size.
Punch down and let dough rest 15 minutes.
Shape into 2 loaves or rolls.
Let rise.
Bake loaves at 375\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes or rolls for 20 minutes.
