Meat Loaf With Sausage - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 lb. ground chuck
1/2 lb. sausage
1 c. cracker crumbs
1/4 c. onion, chopped
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 can tomato sauce
1 can tomato paste (for top)

Preparation

Mix all ingredients (except for tomato paste) thoroughly. Form
into
two
loaves.
Bake
for 30 minutes in oven at 350\u00b0. Spread
tomato
paste over top of loaves.
Bake 45 more minutes. Total baking time is 1 hour and 15 minutes.
