Breakfast Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell
    4 oz. shredded Swiss cheese
    4 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
    3 large or 4 small eggs
    1/4 c. milk
    1/2 lb. crumbled sausage, cooked and drained
Preparation
    Cook sausage; then add cheese.
    Beat milk and eggs.
    Add to sausage mix; then pour into pie shell.
    Cook 45 minutes or until firm at 350\u00b0.
