Apricot Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    2/3 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1/4 c. melted butter or oil
    3/4 c. milk
    2/3 c. dried chopped apricots, soaked in water for a little while then drained
    1/2 c. nuts (optional)
Preparation
    Mix
    together
    flour,
    baking
    powder,\tsoda,
    salt and sugar. In
    a
    separate bowl, mix together eggs, butter, milk, apricots and
    nuts.\tAdd flour mixture to apricot mixture and stir
    only until
    moistened.
    Pour
    into a greased bread pan. Let stand
    20 minutes.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven about 60 minutes or until it tests done.
