Rhubarb Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. rhubarb, diced
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 egg, beaten
    6 Tbsp. flour
    double crust for 9-inch pie
Preparation
    Mix flour and sugar.
    Add egg and raw rhubarb.
    Coat well. Put mixture in pastry lined 9-inch pie plate.
    Cover with crust. Bake at 425\u00b0 for 10 minutes and reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and bake for 35 minutes or until done.
