Mashed Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 to 10 medium potatoes, boiled and cooled
4 oz. cream cheese
1 c. sour cream
4 Tbsp. butter
1/3 c. chopped chives
5 to 10 strips cooked, crumbled bacon
paprika
salt and pepper
1 c. grated cheese
Preparation

Mash potatoes, cream cheese, sour cream and butter together. Salt and pepper to taste.
Pour into greased large casserole dish. Cover with grated cheese, bacon, chives and paprika.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
