Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. carrots, grated
    4 eggs, beaten
    1 1/2 c. salad oil
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. nuts, chopped
Preparation
    Mix carrots, oil, eggs and sugar; add dry ingredients (sifted together).
    Blend in vanilla and nuts.
    Bake in greased, floured 9 X 13 pan for 40 minutes at 325\u00b0.
    (2 loaf pans for 30 minutes)
