Pepper Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter
    1 onion, chopped
    1 can tomatoes
    1/4 c. water
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    1 bouillon cube
    1 sirloin steak, cut into bite size pieces
    1 green pepper, chopped
    3 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
Preparation
    Brown steak in butter, then remove.
    Add chopped onion and chopped pepper to skillet and saute.
    Return steak, tomatoes and beef bouillon cube.
    Simmer for 15 minutes.
    Mix dry ingredients with water and soy sauce.
    Add to steak and simmer for 15 minutes. Serve with rice.
