Hamburger Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. milk
2 eggs
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
2 c. chopped Swiss or Cheddar cheese
1/3 c. sliced green onions
dash of pepper
Preparation

Brown meat. Drain and set aside. Stir mayonnaise, milk, eggs, cornstarch, cheese, onions and pepper into meat. Turn into 2 unbaked pie shells. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes or until golden brown. Serves 5 to 7.
