Sour Cream Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 medium potatoes, cooked in jackets, peeled and sliced
    3/4 c. sliced celery
    4 hard-boiled eggs
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1 1/2 tsp. mustard
    1/3 c. sliced green onions
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1/3 c. Italian dressing
Preparation
    Pour dressing over warm potatoes.
    Chill 2 hours.
    Add celery, onion, chopped egg whites and sieved yolks.
    Mix with mayo, sour cream and mustard.
    Fold into salad.
    Add salt to taste.
    Chill two hours.
