Roast Beef Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (4 3/4 oz.) can Underwood corned beef or roast beef
5 oz. grated mild Cheddar cheese
1/4 c. green pepper, chopped fine
1/4 c. onions, chopped fine
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
pecans (optional)

Preparation

Mix all ingredients except pecans.
Chill 1 hour or until firm.
Shape.
Roll in pecans.
