Toasted Mushroom Rolls(Servings: 10) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. mushrooms
    3 Tbsp. flour
    a pinch of garlic
    1 c. light cream
    1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
    1/4 c. butter
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. marjoram
    2 tsp. chives, minced
    1 pkg. white bread
Preparation
    Finely chop mushrooms.
    Saute for 5 minutes in butter.
    Blend in flour, salt, garlic and marjoram.
    Stir in cream.
    Cook until thick.
    Add chives and lemon juice.
    Cool.
