Indian Chicken Breasts - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. low-fat yogurt
1 small onion, quartered
1/2 tsp. ground cumin
1/2 tsp. coriander
1/2 tsp. curry
1 small peeled garlic clove
8 oz. boned, skinnless chicken breast
Preparation

In a blender, combine all ingredients except chicken.
Puree until smooth.
Place chicken in shallow dish.
Pour marinade over and turn to coat.
Cover and let stand at least 15 minutes. Preheat grill or large cast-iron skillet over medium heat. Spray cooking surface. Cook 4 minutes per side.
