Potato Kugeli - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. potatoes
    4 eggs, slightly beaten
    3 tsp. salt (to taste)
    12 oz. evaporated milk
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    6 to 7 slices bacon
    1 medium onion
Preparation
    Cut bacon and fry.
    Set aside.
    Grate potatoes and onion.
    Add eggs, bacon and drippings, milk and seasonings.
    Pour in greased baking dish, about 9 x 12 x 2-inch.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 about 1 1/2 hours.
