Lemon Pudding Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box lemon cake mix
    1 stick margarine
    4 c. hot, but not boiling, water
Preparation
    Spray a 9 x 13-inch pan with a nonstick spray.
    Pour cake mix (dry) and spread it around.
    Pour hot water over dry cake mix. Dot top with margarine.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    The cake will rise to the top and the bottom will be like pudding.
    If you want the cake on the bottom and pudding on top, use cold water.
