Sweet Potato Wedges - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. sweet potatoes, peeled and quartered lengthwise (about 10 c.)
6 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
6 Tbsp. orange juice
3/4 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
Preparation

Arrange sweet potatoes in a greased 13 x 9-inch baking dish. Combine the butter, orange juice, salt and cinnamon. Drizzle over sweet potatoes. Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 55 to 60 minutes or until tender. Yield: 10 servings (8 cups).
