Apricot Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. apricots
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    2 tsp. flour
Preparation
    Sprinkle sugar, lemon juice and flour over apricot halves (do not need to be peeled).
    Toss gently.
    Place in two crust pie shell.
    Dot with butter before putting on top crust.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 minutes, then reduce heat to 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes or until crust is brown and fruit is bubbly.
