Apricot Unbeatables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. powdered sugar
    1/2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 c. (3 to 4) egg whites
    2 c. chopped nuts
    1/2 c. chopped dried apricots
Preparation
    Combine sugar, flour, baking powder and egg whites.
    Add nuts and apricots; mix well.
    Drop by teaspoonfuls onto well-greased cookie sheets.
    Bake 15 to 18 minutes at 325\u00b0.
    Cool on rack. Makes about 3 dozen.
