Pistachio Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. (6 oz.) pistachio instant pudding
    1 carton (16 oz.) sour cream
    1 can (20 oz.) pineapple, crushed
    1 c. coconut
    Kraft colored miniature marshmallow
Preparation
    Mix well and refrigerate.
    Add 1 cup cooked rice to stretch recipe.
