Sweet Potato Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sweet potatoes
    2 eggs
    1 c. milk (use 1/2 milk with canned potatoes)
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1 1/4 c. granulated sugar
    3/4 stick butter
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Mash potatoes.
    Add other ingredients and mix well.
    Pour into casserole and bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Add topping.
