Salmon Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can salmon
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 egg yolks
    1/2 c. milk
    2 egg whites
    2 Tbsp. butter, melted
Preparation
    Remove skin and bones from salmon.
    Add all ingredients, except egg whites.
    Fold in the stiffly beaten egg whites.
    Bake in buttered mold in moderate oven at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
