Mother'S Sand Tarts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. shortening
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. water
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Combine sugar and butter and mix well.
    Add eggs; keep white of one.
    Cream; beat well.
    Add flour and other ingredients.
    Blend. Roll dough thin.
    Use cookie cutters.
    Place on cookie sheet; brush with egg white.
    Sprinkle with sugar, peanuts and cinnamon.
    Bake at 350\u00b0.
