Wheat Germ Muffin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. biscuit mix
    1/3 c. wheat germ
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 slightly beaten egg
    1/2 c. water
    2 Tbsp. peanut butter
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Combine biscuit mix, wheat germ and sugar.
    In another bowl, combine egg, water, peanut butter and vanilla.
    Beat with rotary beater until smooth.
    Add to dry ingredients, stirring until dry mixture is moistened.
    Don't overbeat.
    Fill muffin pans 2/3 full. Bake 20 to 25 minutes until golden brown.
    Makes 6 muffins.
    Easy to double.
