Dill Carrot Sticks - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 medium carrots (1 lb.)
    1 c. vinegar
    1 c. water
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. mustard seed
    1 tsp. dried dill weed
Preparation
    Peel
    carrots.\t Cut
    into 3-inch lengths
    and\tquarter lengthwise into sticks.
    Cook in boiling salted water about 10 minutes, just until crispy tender.\tDrain.
